Public Transportation

Please Note: The commuter rail has a limited schedule on Saturdays. Due to the outbound schedule of the train, it is recommended that people who wish to use public transportation take the #70 bus out of Central Square Station (Red Line) to reach the party. Returning to Boston you can take the #70 bus or catch the last inbound commuter rail train which leaves the Waltham Station about 10:45 p.m.

By Commuter Rail:

Take the Fitchburg/South Acton Commuter Rail (from North Station if you are coming from Boston) to Waltham Center. Walk to the left out of the parking lot. Take a left on Moody St, crossing the train tracks. Pass the Enterprise Rental and just before crossing the bridge, take a left onto the footpath flanked by two low granite pillars (etched with a crane). Follow the footpath/road to the end and then to the right down to the rear entrance of the museum.

Please note that the last inbound train from the Waltham Station leaves about 10:45 p.m.

By T and Bus: 

Take the Red Line to Central Square Station. Take the 70 Bus to the Waltham Common/Train Station. Stand in the parking lot, facing the common, go to your left. Take a left on Moody St, crossing the train tracks. Pass the Enterprise Rental and just before crossing the bridge, take a left onto the footpath flanked by two low granite pillars (etched with a crane). Follow the footpath/road to the end and then to the right down to the rear entrance of the museum.
